ALOHA Enterprise Back Office comprises a full suite of robust tools that are available to complement the in-store POS system. These modules are easily implemented using a subscription model and configured over the web from anywhere.

ALOHA won the prestigious Retail Application Design award for its powerful enterprise management system. Aloha Insight employs the power of the internet to deliver real time sales consolidation, staff email, data warehousing, drill down tools, management alerts, menu engineering, and much more. Complementing Aloha Insight is the Aloha Configuration Center, a cloud-based database maintenance tool that allows menu & employee changes to be sent to all locations or to a particular region.

Upon this foundation of Enterprise technology, ALOHA has developed a Stored Value gift card application and Customer Loyalty frequent diner module. In 2012 Aloha introduced their revolutionary Pulse mobile app. Pulse features real time data streaming to your mobile device, including sales reporting with weather, week to week and year over year comparisons, labor (including employees approaching overtime), comps, and check drilldown. It also sends loss prevention alerts and scrapes the social media for any references to your property and brings these to your attention for follow-through. 

In 2006 Radiant Systems purchased MenuLink, leading independent developer of back office and enterprise software for restaurant and retail operators of all sizes.
