ALOHA won the
prestigious Retail Application Design award for its powerful enterprise
management system. Aloha Insight employs the power of the
internet to deliver real time sales consolidation, staff email, data
warehousing, drill down tools, management alerts, menu engineering, and much
more. Complementing Aloha Insight is the Aloha Configuration Center, a cloud-based database maintenance tool that allows menu & employee changes to be sent to all locations or to a particular region.
Upon this foundation of Enterprise technology, ALOHA has developed a Stored Value gift card application and Customer Loyalty frequent diner module. The powerful loyalty program can reward customers at any property in real time (on the check) or electronically based upon items purchased, number of visits, points accumulated, dollars spent or even a random winner. debuted a loss-prevention module called Aloha Restaurant Guard.
Representing yet another “industry first,” Restaurant Guard constantly analyzes
thousands of key stroke metrics to identify fraudulent activity. Every keystroke tells a story! The system
identifies the scams highlighted in the book How to Burn Down the House: The
Infamous Waiter & Bartender’s Scam Bible. It sends staff ranking data and
scam alerts electronically to restaurant management to help maintain an honest
workplace.

In 2012 Aloha introduced their revolutionary Pulse mobile app. Pulse features real time data streaming to your mobile device, including sales reporting with weather, week to week and year over year comparisons, labor (including employees approaching overtime), comps, and check drilldown.
